A downloadable game

A short, absurd, and intimate runner about performance, exhaustion, and the fragile freedom of choosing (°v°)

You play Dani, a worn-out RPG hero who abandons his final, glorious quest and runs away from destiny itself. No more bosses. No more glory. Dani just wants to resurrect dead pigeons.

Along the way, relics of past battles turn into obstacles, and a disembodied narrator relentlessly urges you to return to the “right” path, to finish what you started.

Set in a liminal, minimalist world between ruins and void, The Final Epeck Quest questions agency and the quiet rebellion of choosing a useless but deeply desired goal over an imposed one.

You can run.
You can refuse.
But you will always be playing some game.

The question is: which one did you choose?

Project Context

The Final Epeck Quest was created as a final project for a Unity Game Development training program, developed over two months.

The game was made using Unity, combining original work with third-party assets and shaders sourced from the Unity Asset Store and itch.io, adapted and integrated into a cohesive artistic and narrative vision.

This project is both a learning exercise and a personal experiment: a small, absurd game made under constraints, about constraints.
